Every pizza is hand-stretched and made to order from dough we make fresh daily with 00 flour and rest overnight, then bake at blistering temperatures in our Moretti Forni oven. The result is a perfectly baked, thin crust topped with the finest imported Italian and locally sourced, fresh ingredients.
